Blood Dance in the Dust Bowl
Chuck Finley, Man of Mystery
Much like James Bond, Charles “Chuck” Finley never needed a cover identity while working for the CIA in its infancy. His ability to seamlessly pose as anything from a desk clerk to a plumber to a businessman attracted the attentions of his sire. He arranged an early retirement for himself, settling in the burgeoning town of Tucson, AZ. He soon rose through the ranks, with his charisma, natural people skills and his own personal brand of spycraft. He took over as Primogen of the Toreador after the war, but he had been playing the role of such for many years beforehand.
